Laundry Turtle Affiliate Program – Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 18, 2025

By applying to and participating in the Laundry Turtle Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with the following Terms of Use.

1. Program Overview

Affiliates can earn commissions by promoting Laundry Turtle products through:

  • Affiliate Link Program (15% commission per sale through your unique link).

  • Discount Coupon Program (12% commission per sale + 10% discount for your audience).

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • You must operate a valid social media account, website, or communication channel that complies with applicable laws.

  • Laundry Turtle reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any Affiliate at its sole discretion.

3. Commissions & Payments

  • Commissions are calculated based on completed, non-refunded sales.

  • Payments will be made according to the schedule provided inside the Partnero/Shopify dashboard.

  • Commissions are subject to review for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Use of Trademarks & Brand Assets

  • Affiliates may use official Laundry Turtle logos, product images, and approved marketing materials provided by the Company.

  • Affiliates may not modify brand assets or present themselves as official representatives of Laundry Turtle.

5. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

By participating in the Program, you grant Laundry Turtle a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, display, and create derivative works of any content you create related to Laundry Turtle products (“Affiliate Content”).

This includes, without limitation:

  • Use on Laundry Turtle’s official social media accounts.

  • Use in paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google).

  • Use on the Laundry Turtle website, email marketing, and promotional materials.

No additional approval or compensation will be required beyond the commissions you earn through the Program.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote Laundry Turtle products in a truthful and ethical manner.

  • Avoid misleading claims, false advertising, or offensive content.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines (including FTC disclosure requirements).

7. Termination

Laundry Turtle may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, no further commissions will accrue.

8. Limitation of Liability

Laundry Turtle is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Liability is limited to the amount of commissions earned.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada].

10. Acceptance

By applying to or continuing participation in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
